Hi, my laptop computer runs Windows 8, 64bit. It has an infection which probably cam with a free movie download. It seems to be associated with two Add-ons which I can neither disable or delete. They are Dust Apps, and SaoveeNewAAppZ. The symptoms are a crazy amount of pop-up advertising. Please can you help?

Step 4: Show all hidden files and clean all the malicious files.

(1).Click the Start button and choose Control Panel, clicking Appearance and Personalization, to find Folder Options then double-click on it.
(2).In the pop-up dialog box, click the View tab and uncheck Hide protected operating system files (Recommended).

 

Step 5: Go to the Registry Editor, remove all SaoveeNewAAppZ and Dust Apps registry entries listed here:
