How Can I Get Rid of Exploit:JS/Fiexp.O Virus - Remove Exploit:JS/Fiexp.O From the Computer

When I went to a site regarding estimated taxes MSE notified me that there was malware that it identified as severe (Exploit:JS/Fiexp.O) and quarantined it. Should I remove it?  How do I know if any other needed files have been affected?Thanks for your help.  

Information of Exploit:JS/Fiexp.O
