How to Remove Ads by CinemaPlus-3.3c - Stop CinemaPlus-3.3c Ads

I am having problems with CinemaPlus-3.3c,saver box and probably others that I don't have names for. I've tried to resolve this myself, but have not been successful. Please can you help?
