Chrome

1) Click on 'Customize and control' icon, select 'Settings';
2) Change Google Chrome's homepage to google.com or any other one you like


3) Navigate to section, click Manage Search Engines and remove additionalsearch Search engine from the default search engines list, then click OK to save the changes.

a) Open your Safari browser from the dock.
b) Click on Safari in your Safari menu at the top of your screen.
c) A drop-down menu will now appear. Choose the option labeled “Reset Safari…”
