We received a blue screen last night indicating we had been havked and instructed to call 1-888-710-3507.  After some time we called and they accessed our computer after being instructed to buy viras software we declined and told them we would call back
today.  After some research today I have sinse realized it may have been a scam.  We called the number, what will happen now.  Is this serious?
