Good Guide to Remove AlleyBrowse - Completely Get Rid of AlleyBrowse Ads

I was notified for an update to Adobe. When I downloaded it, there was malware AlleyBrowse, which has loaded onto my computer as my main internet browser and put Internet Explorer 11 as the second browser. There were also a couple of other obscure programs which I have managed to uninstall in Control Panel (Windows 7), but I just cannot get rid of this AlleyBrowse program, which is dominating my screen with garbage and extremely noisy distractions also. Please tell me how I can get rid of this menace.
