Remove Salleepplus Extension - Get Rid of Salleepplus From the Browser

I remove the extension Salleepplus from chrome and when I start chrome again it reappears and is enabled. I removed any programs related to saleplus or salleepplus and searched registry for any entries refering to saleplus or salleepplus. I can't seem to get rid of this annoying and dangerous extension.Please can you help?
