FromDocToPDF, a browser hijacker.
Computer users reported that a strange homepage/search provider appears constantly when opening Chrome, which actually turned out to be this toolbar and website called FromDocToPDF. Their first thinking was to check Chrome extensions. They found a Chrome Extension directly related to this FromDocToPDF and removed it and found that FromDocToPDF splash page replaced the typical tab page by Google in the browser settings. They tried multiple times to change the homepage into Google.com but failed again and again since FromDocToPDF always can come back and take its place.
