1-888-454-8840 pop-up has been reported to bother lots of computer users recently. This scam number can appear on many phishing pages and it will not let affected users do anything by freezing their screens with a fake lock. To convince you that your computer is infected and blocked with Error code and you need to call the number provided, it may come along with a loud noise beeping all the time, repeatedly urging you to make the call. Never deem this casual visitor lightly.
