Get Rid of Error#3659038c7de99e2 Pop-up Completely

"I received an error message that stated my ip address was detected on 2 separate computers. The message seemed to come directly from Google and stated that I need to contact Windows support team and give them the following Error#3659038c7de99e2. It also completely froze chrome.  When I  googled the code nothing came up so I am assuming that it was some kind of malware ?  Just wanted to dbl check, just in case. Thanks so much for your help!!!"
