What's words, it locks up the infected browsers with a fake Blue Screen of Death. And there is a female voice keeping say something like "Your computer is seriously infected and system errors happen. You need to deal with it immediately". If you want to unlock the browser, you can try to hit Ctrl+Alt+Del at the same time to bring up Task Manger to end the infected browser application.
