How to Remove Trojan.Agent.Mnr (Bitcoin Miner) Completely - Removal Tips

My PC has been infected by this Trojan.Agent.Mnr (Bitcoin Miner). It is running fake svchost.exe and lsass.exe. It appears to be using my CPU and GPU for Bitcoin mining. I noticed this because the PC ran slowly and task manager showed svchost.exe increasing CPU to 100%.How can I remove this?
