As you may see, a page with a light blue screen in the backround pops up and warns you that you have a Trojan virus, which needs you to call Microsoft support at 1-888-203-8381. It could be well beyond annoying that this text message is accompanied with an audio message beeping "critical alert" repeatedly, making an effort at causing distres and urging you to call the line.
