Remove Ads by Bowser From the Browser - Get Rid of Ads by Bowser

I have what i believe is adware on my computer that wont leave me alone whenever i go on the internet. the sites I go to are secure sites. i dont go to gaming sites, publishers clearing house etc. I have ran a malware and virus scan multiple times and it wont take it off. all the ads sat ads by bowser.please help me get this off my comp!
