Yeabd.cc Pop-ups - How to Effectively Remove?

I have a weird problem the target box in my gogle chrome  keeps reseting itself to yeabd.cc. plz help. i dont know what to do.i tried removing virus i tried running adwcleaner also but it was not responding on cleaning stage..hel plz.i dnt know much abt technology plz be simle with ur language and dnt use technical language...plzz plzzz help. its getting on my nerves now as i have resently purchased new system..its been 15 days and all this problem is making me going nuts.
