All blames to www.xyzd.com. Her browser continues to get redirected to the fake website www.xyzd.com and then prompts to update/download the new version of flash, to which it then automatically downloads a setup.exe file. There are pop-up messages that continue to show up when she tries to close out or say " NO" to downloading. She has tried to delete the infected browser extensions even removing the infected browser. But after reinstalling the browser, www.xyzd.com shows up again. All she did is not available.
