Good Guide to Remove computervirusrisk.xyz Warning Page

Whenever I use Chrome, Computervirusrisk.xyz comes up hijacking my new tab page. I have tried removing it from control panel and reinstalling browser, but it still comes back. I am a computer dummy. Can someone please help me get rid of this nuisance? Thanks
