Search.kuklorest.com Removal Help - Completely Get Rid of Search.kuklorest.com Redirect

Every time I launch the browser, the website Search.kuklorest.com appears automatically as my default homepage. Even if I modify the homepage setting, I fail to change the default homepage and find that some pop-ups saying that my computer needs to optimize and suggests me to download certain products often occur on my computer screen. It is really annoying. My computer is running Windows 7 64 bits and I search things with Microsoft Internet Explorer. How should I solve this problem? Please give me some suggestion.
