How to Stop Smartprofits.org and Unitspybook.com Redirect - Remove Unwanted Pop-up Sites

Hi guys. I have enjoyed Chome but as of recently I know I installed some program that had malware and Chrome has never been the same. I keep getting redirected to stamplive.com, aol.com, servera5.com, unitspybook.com, smartprofits.org. It pevents me from opening sites that I want to go to. McAfee blocks the redirect but I can't stop them from happening. I have tried a number of solutions and NOTHING is working. It's extremely annoying. PLEASE HELP!
