SoAllePlus add-on issue on his browser.
He has already deleted some cookies and some registry files, but he still can hear adverts playing in the background. And he also detected a problem with a so called add-on - SoAllePlus, a Chrome add-on which was always showing up ( He has been deleting it but when he starts his PC the next day, it's still there and he has to delete it again.) So now his problem is he's been hearing some random, hidden ads which he didn't manage to find it in the task manger. Also, ads pop up when browsing.
