Step 1: Show hidden files

1) Open Control Panel from Start menu and search for Folder Options;
2) Under View tab to tick Show hidden files and folders and non-tick Hide protected operating system files (Recommended) and then click OK;

3) Click on the “Start” menu and then click on the “Search programs and files” box, Search for and delete these files generated by this program

*For Windows 8 users

1. Open Windows Explorer from Start screen, navigate to View tab. At Show/Hide column, tick both file name extensions and Hidden items and hit Enter.

Step 2. Delete Relevant Registry Entries and Files

(1)Delete the related registry entries through Registry Editor

Press Win+R to bring up the Run window, type “regedit” and click “OK”

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run\[RANDOM CHARACTERS].exe

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Random

Step 3: Remove suspicious related browser extension or plugin from all of browsers:

Internet Explorer:

Click on Tools (IE 8)/gear icon (IE 9 and 10) at the upper-right corner of the Window, and the click on Manage add-ons.

Firefox:

Open Firefox, click on Add-ons.

Switch to the Extensions Tab. Click Remove to get rid of suspicious extension.

Google Chrome:

Go to wrench or 3 bar icon (next to the address bar), click on Tools and then click on Extensions.

Locate suspicious extension and then remove it by clicking the trashcan icon next to it.

Step 4:Restart your browser to check the effectiveness.
