How to Remove SallePlous Extension - Complete Removal of SallePlous

"I'm trying to figure out how the extension SallePlous got in my extension list. Every time I delete it, it comes back. When I'm working, it pops up ads so that I can't see what I'm doing. I had to install ad blocker just so I can write, but even ad blocker doesn't catch all the ads. Please help, this extension is so annoying. Any suggestions?"
